Fantasy Race: Blue Dragon

I will just straight out say I am very proud of myeself with this one. I had my doubts I would nail what I had in mind, but... I really feel like I did as well as I could.
This design sort of represent the more classic western style of dragons. Just like with the green dragon, I've designed it without a extra pair of arms - AKA, the more "modern" look. But it still is a "classic modern" look, if you catch my drift?
I also tried to make it look more "beautiful" than the other dragons... sort of graceful, you know? It's a rare race, so I wanted to make it feel like it's something you would go a bit "woah" when you spot it (yeeees - like Neo in Matrix XP LOL).
